Positive: It is located in a residential neighborhood and there is secure gating around the house. The casita is very clean and full of light. Everything is new. Wolf stayed well connected with us and was timely in bringing us the keys and gave us all the information we needed. All the appliances are new and there is a lot of open space with high ceilings.
Negative: It could use a small waste paper basket in the bathroom. It could also use an upgraded coffee maker in my opinion.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and I felt safe. Wolf was gracious.

Negative: That it is connected to where the owner lives. Cameras are everywhere which is good in retrospect, but we just felt like we were being watched every time we came or left and also feel like we heard them making comments about how many bags we had.
