Positive: Really good beds, very beautiful view, good air condition. Very silent area. Well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and friendly. There are two chargers for electric cars in the center of the parking near the beach.
Negative: When we arrived, the terrace was a bit dirty. So we had to wash it. In July 2024 it was very hot on the terrace in the afternoons and evenings. Therefore, we used it only in the mornings and during the nights to see the stars. The way to the beach took us around 7 minutes downstairs, and the way back was around 12 minutes. It was very hot to walk upstairs with our children ( 7 and 11 years old). We usually used our car. The parking price at the beach was 2 euro per hour. During the weekend it was very difficult to find a parking slot, as a lot of locals were coming to the beach. From Monday to Friday, there was no problem with parking.

Positive: The view from the terrace was amazing! You had a panorama view over the whole bay of Bonassola. Bedrooms were comfortable. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 in the ground floor (where the terrace is), one in the basement. Shower was clean. Kitchen had all facilities you could ask for. Communication with the host was great, too. Perfect accommodation for one or two couples or a small family. We had a great time there.
