Positive: The bed was very comfy. The apartment was clean. We had use of the garden. Which was lovely. Only 1 mile from San Diego zoo, which we walked.
Negative: Parking late at night was hard but not impossible.

Positive: It was cute and well supplied with amenities. The beds were very comfortable.
Negative: We needed a fan for the bedroom without air conditioning. It was hot at night. The neighbors were very noisy upstairs til very late at night (3am or later),so we didn’t get much sleep.
Summary: It was a good place for us to stay while in town for my son’s graduation from MCRD.

Negative: Parking is challenging, our neighbours above were quite noisy and the floor isn't isolated. Airco works just enough to keep temperature below "warm"

Negative: The property seemed run down, lights not working, outside lights on deck not working, no paper towels, could have used more towels for the amount of time and # of guests sharing apartment. Cheap cookware, some windows not opening or blinds stuck in a fixed position. Parking was EXTREMELY poor, more so than we were led to believe. Steps to apartment were dangerous.
