The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.
The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.
Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.
Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

Summary: This was a lovely place to stay, within walking distance of downtown areas including Little Italy, with great restaurants. We explored different areas of the city, and hiked nearby trails. So much to do, we hope to return someday, and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved staying at this beautiful historic home! Close to everything and although it’s close to the airport in convenience there is no noise issue in the rental. Beautiful property to use with great communication from the owners. We walked everywhere from the house if you are willing to make it a walking day, otherwise Uber is an easy option from here. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This is the PERFECT location when traveling with little kids. #1) We felt so safe with a gated driveway to load and unload the babies without worry of finding parking/ street traffic with young kids. #2) the backyard was heaven. We had access to the entire back area and my kids played and played. Especially loved the little trampoline! #3) All fun kid activities and parks were 15 minutes away. The location is awesome. #5) Our plane arrived mid morning and we desperately needed to get the kids somewhere quiet for nap. Tiffany was so sweet to allow us instant access! It made the first day that much sweeter. Everything was just as described and more. You can tell the hosts truly enjoyed decorating and preparing the space. I love all the sweet collections on display and the home away from home feeling. All the appliances, kitchen utensils and dishes seemed brand new and high end. We stayed for a full week and missed it once we got home. My toddler hasn’t stopped asking to go back to the “airplane house”. Thank you for opening your home! This vacation has been etched in our hearts and gave us the best family memories!

Summary: What a beautiful apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our morning coffee every day watching the airport traffic and the bay in the distance. We had the back yard to ourselves for the entire stay, as well as use of the hot tub, grill, and patio, which gave us plenty of room to be together and spread out. Perfect home base for a family visit. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! It was quick to drive to multiple places in SD, as well as the airport. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would definitely look to stay here again if in the area.

Summary: We were looking for a central place for the zoo, the beach, and some good Mexican food. We found it all in this location! It is so Charming and well stocked with necessities and little extras. . The bed was super comfortable, Too. Two issues: 2 Steps into to the bedroom and 2 steps (steep ones) in the bathroom. I am disabled, but can handle a few stairs. I just Didn’t expect them in the house. My fault for not asking. The other issue was the tv. They had just purchased a new one, but didn’t know how to Work it. Neither did we. Ended up watching a movie on our laptop. But we didn’t come here to watch tv, so that was minor. It was clean, Comfortable - we loved The kitchen! Owners were great. Overall I would highly recommend it.
