Negative: The bathroom is a bit outdated, there are Doors but the walls are not closed all the way to the ceiling so that was a bit awkward

Positive: Gema welcomed us personally and explained everything to us, which we appreciate very much. The apartment is located in a house where there are 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and this one on the first floor. The house is located on a plot fenced with a wall, so you feel safe. Parking is in the yard, where there is also a swimming pool, which is regularly cleaned. The apartment itself consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. One bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, the other 2 have a shared bathroom where there is a bubble bathtub. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the living room is not (but this is normal in Mauritius). The apartment also has a large balcony and a washing machine under the stairs. The locality of the apartment is great. Across the street is a supermarket Winners ( at the time of our stay was undergoing reconstruction ) and one of the most beautiful beaches of Mauritius - Pereybere, is less than 5 minutes from the apartment.
Negative: WiFi access point is placed in a special room, which causes that good WiFi signal in the apartment is only at the dining table, everywhere else is very poor quality, in the bedrooms almost not functional. If another AP was placed in the apartment, the coverage would be much better.

Positive: The property location was excellent, with close proximity to the public beach, restaurant strip and a supermarket. We could walk to the beach with our swimming clothes on or with minimal things to carry as it was so close. The property was very clean and well maintained. Also the photos on the site are exactly what you get. I liked the layout and the fact that we had everything we needed during our stay. The swimming pool was great for the kids and they had loads of fun in it.
Negative: One improvement I would suggest is to have an AC unit in the common areas such as the living and dining room. This was the only place in the residence where it was getting a bit hot and humid during our stay.
Summary: Great family stay at Casa Pereybere. We had a great time enjoying the morning and evening swim due to the close proximit

Positive: The property is well positioned for the beach and Supermarket Winners. Very comfortable first floor with ample of everything. Beautiful pool and not overlooked although next to main road. The birds in the garden and sundowners on the balcony gave you the last of the sun each evening.
Negative: We liked all of it, we chose it because of its location but is rarely available its so good. One thing to be aware of is that it is on the main road so buses and general traffic noise from 06.30am but the amount of traffic/trucks in and out of Winners with bleeping reversing sensors all day - if thats no problem to you then you will enjoy the experience - one of the best places we have found in Pereybere by far.

Positive: We were met by Gema, who shows us around. The pool was kept clean and bins collected on Time. Space for two parking spots. Very reasonably priced for what you get. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. One bath is shared and the other is a on suite. I wish they would put a door on the on suite as it's awkward if your sharing with someone.
Negative: All bedrooms need a door lock that you can close from the inside and also there needs to be a door to the on suite.

Positive: Perfect location only moments walk to one of the best beaches in Mauritius, Pereybere. The Host, Gema, met us and showed us round the well kept top floor apartment. everything was perfect and as pictured. would use on my next visit 100% recommend! thanks Gema!
Negative: road noise can be a little loud at times but so much to see and do in Mauritius, we was only there during the day once or twice... nighttimes roads are quiet. needs another stand up, shower, in communal bathroom,no need for a jacuzzi bath! imo...
