Positive: The multitude of positive reviews on this property and excellent ratings are 100 percent accurate. We found the townhouse to be immaculately clean and freshly painted. The design was contemporary and the unit well furnished with many thoughtful extras provided for in the kitchen. A terrific convenient location and a wonderful most helpful host. Cortona is a Tuscan gem and great spot from which to explore with day trips. This property felt like our home each evening. It will not disappoint you.
Negative: We could find no short comings.

Positive: Property was beautiful. Great mix of historic/original features blended with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Loads of room and all the facilities you might need. Luca was a fantastic host and very helpful and prompt in answering any queries. Coming to meet us when we arrived in the taxi was a nice touch. Oh.. and the bed was the comfiest bed of the four locations we had this vacation.
Negative: Only tiny negative is that it seemed to take forever for the upstairs aircon to work its magic (it was VERY hot for most of our stay though). But seems like upstairs is reliant on the same thermostat as downstairs.

I did a “mother and me” trip to Tuscany and we started in Rome, then Casa Primo in Cortona and finished in north Tuscany. this was by far the best accommodation we stayed in. from the thoughtful kitchen inclusions, to the parking directions and spacious layout, even having the central Main Street at your doorstep. you can only love this place and when Luca (the host) tells you the history of the “one of a kind” apartment that his renovated preserving his grandfathers original carpeting, you can’t help but fall in love with it!
Negative: almost nothing! there are four easy steps to consider with luggage. Cortona is a pedestrian only main town, you have to park close by and walk.
