Positive: Awesome location outside of the main town. Loved having cows grazing as the next door neighbors. Comfortable hammock to lounge in on the patio and the pool was so refreshing. The rooms were comfortable for what we needed. Super affordable spot and really quality cookware which we appreciated as we ate all our meals in. So helpful for us to have a washer and dryer in the house to do some laundry halfway through our trip. Overall really a stand out home for a nice visit to the area.
Negative: We realize there are lots of bugs in paradise, so just be prepared to see some of them around. Make sure your food stays in the fridge or microwave and you'll be good. The pillows could be a bit fluffier but I realize I am a bit of a pillow snob. So really no complaints just some helpful feedback. Lastly, it is listed as three bath but the third toilet is outside by the pool, not a problem at all just a heads up.
Summary: This was a great spot outside of La Fortuna for 5 friends to hang out for a few days!

Positive: The house is really nice if you are in Costa Rica for a few days and you have a car to move. If you have kids and teens this is great because it has pool and lot of space to play
Negative: It is a 25 mins from La Fortuna but is not a problem if you have car.
Summary: Excellent for families, very relaxing place

Positive: Very clean bathrooms and towels Outside facilities pool etc
Negative: Advertised as 3 bathrooms, however not specified that 3rd bathroom was technically an outside toilet which we wouldn’t have booked had we known with 7 people. Not acceptable to have a non English speaking person to check us in when I had been communicating in English on messages leading up to it snd not one mention of needing to speak Spanish. The sofa beds were barely beds snd no pillows provided for them. Plus no drapes or curtains in the lounge area where the men slept.

Positive: The home was very clean, well decorated and maintained and spacious, not far from la fortuna and attractions.
Negative: Maybe a few pillow options (softer options) would have provided better sleep, and a few supplies such as napkins and paper towels and extra towels to avoid doing as much laundry.
Summary: We had a wonderful stay here, hosts were very responsive, home is clean and beautiful!

Positive: Property was very nice, clean and centrally located to all the area attractions. Modern appliances and spacious. Owner was responsive as well.
Negative: We couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub hot. There were several “”strict”instructions on all the smart appliances so we avoided playing around with it. The next door neighbor takes care of the property and keeps a very close eye on it to include showing up in the backyard early mornings which was ok for us but some may want more privacy or a heads up.
