Positive: comfy bed; big room and bathroom; excellent breakfast; great location in the center in front of QC terme; convenient parking included

Negative: the room was a bit warm sometimes, as it faces south west. however it was possible to keep the window open

Positive: Breakfast was very good and the staff were hoapitable and friendly. It was a beautifully kept older hotel, central in location and with many ammenities.

Negative: It was a challenge to sleep given noise from a pizzeria that was located directly under a section of the hotel. This particular pizzeeria played loud thumping music until 5 am every night that we were there, which was the weekend, including a Sunday night.

Positive: The location was good and the town had a very nice relaxed feel to it with plenty of places to eat and drink Breakfast was very good and value for Money

Negative: No on site parking but understandable with the in centre location was not a problem and would not stop me returning

Summary: It was ideal for the purpose we needed a short stay in that location

Positive: great location, in the heart of the city very beautiful,clean, and spacious room, with all comforts good wellness area delicious breakfast, with big variety of fresh products

Negative: water bottles available in the fridge, without pricelist nearby. they make you assume they are complimentary (which should be the case with 38 degrees outside), but they charge you a lot. this is very unprofessional and dishonest, if there is no pricelist next to it, you cannot charge whatever you want parking a little far away from the hotel, but no choice due to the pedestrian zone in the night there were some young people outside making a lot of noise until 2 am..of course it s not the hotel s fault, but something to take into account for guests searching for some quiet in the night
