La Davana is our paradise in the green and in the silence. In the morning the large windows of the living room illuminate our breakfast. From the big hall we admire the green and the boys playing. As soon as it's hot everyone in the pool !!!!
The double rooms are air-conditioned and have digital and satellite television.
In the living room there is free wifi. In the lounge on the ground floor we put a brand new 50-inch television with the latest generation with digital terrestrial, satellite, Smart TV
The house is ideal for a large family. With mountain bikes (some we lend them) we turn to the large Stirone park. There are numerous castles and antiquities in the area: Castell 'Arquato, Vigoleno, Bardi, Castle of Tabiano.

Summary: Lovely house in a beautiful place. Located near the city with many supermarkets to make the fill of the fridge, but located far enough in the middle of the countryside, keeping calm charm and authenticity. For kids it was just perfect. There were, pong table, foot table, soccer pitch in the garden, tyrolean traverse were just incredible. The swimming pool was big enough for everybody and the terrace in the middle of the garden was just amazing, we were always eating there, we have never eaten inside. I recommend this house for a big family (we were seven people) but even for smaller.

Summary: Check-in was easy, the location was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the pool was not ready which made the kids sad but the weather before our stay was not good the host explained. The water pressure in the shower/bathtub is not very high. The host's father gave a little handcart to the kids which was very nice. It was a but unclear how to handle the different types of garbage especially how to deal with glass as there was no information or documents to look it up. The dining area outside invites to have dinner, lunch or breakfast there. The grill is very old and rusty and definitely needs to be replaced. Table tennis and football work fine.

Summary: No control over the weather but we still enjoyed the sight seeing and had great midday meals out. We did our other meals at the vrbo.

Summary: This property was just what we wanted for a holiday with children and grandparents. There was plenty of space and everyone made use of the excellent pool. We would certainly visit again!

Summary: Really lovely traditional property in a very quiet rural location.The villa is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The grounds are exceptional, with a huge amount of space including a covered eating area, a separate covered games area (including table tennis and table football), above ground swimming pool and a large area with a couple of small football goals. The grounds are fully enclosed and served by an electric gate, with ample parking within the grounds. The host and his family were lovely and kept in touch via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. They were also amazing when our flight was cancelled last minute ! We were a party of 4 adults and a toddler of 2 1/2 - she loved exploring ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and will certainly be happy to visit again.

Summary: This place is stupendous and the pictures don’t pay homage to the beautiful house! A car is required for exploring the country side or you can just enjoy the local food or rest. Luca and his family were fantastic! Awesome!
