Summary: Very nice vacation house with a nice spacious garden and a perfectly clean pool. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. A small but copious grocery store located nearby.

Summary: This is a spacious house with a decent sized pool and a garden that offers plenty of shady areas. The house has two large terraces which are ideal for eating out and there is also a very good outdoor BBQ with seating area. The house is in a small village with a bar in walking distance. It is also very easy to drive to nearby towns such as Fazana or Pula. The Owner is very helpful and always quick to respond to any enquiries or questions.

Summary: We had a lovely restful week in Istria. We enjoyed lots of swimming, relaxing and BBQs in the cottage's garden. I went to the local little shop each morning for bread etc which has everything that you need and more (the ladies even helped my husband order a wedding anniversary cake that was delivered there the next day). There is everything that you need in the kitchen/ laundry and the air conditioning worked well because it was HOT! Remember to bring any effective mosquito repellent that you know of and for the pebbly/rocky beaches you need jelly/ rubber shoes and cushions (you can buy these things in the touristy shops) - we liked Fazana beach. Alan the owner is really helpful and friendly.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our ten night stay in this beautifully restored holiday house. The village is very quiet but has a nice local shop where you can get fresh bread for breakfast and other basic supplies. Pula, Rovinj and Fazana are all in easy reach with car. We were two families with young children and found everything about the house just right. The owner, Alan, was very helpful and replied to all enquiries straight away. We would very much recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location.
