Positive: Excellent apartment, very clean and tidy, the kitchen is great for cooking, comfy beds, could t ask for more. The owners are lovely, and the location is perfect for traveling to Roma by train. The station is literally 2 min walk. Despite the closeness to the station, you cannot hear any trains which is great. The car parking is just on street free parking. We didn’t have any issues with finding a spot although it is usually about 80% full. Thanks for a great stay!

Negative: Nothing, it was honestly great

Summary: Perfect for a trip to Rome without staying in the city.

Positive: absolutely superb accommodation; simple link up with owner. walked thru facilities. wonderful

Negative: nothing - location directly by a small grocery, 2 minute walk to an easy 30 minute train to heart of Rome and multiple cafe for morning coffee. You have to drive to town (3-5 minutes) but if intent is quick train to Rome and get to experience more authentic Italian village this is the place

Positive: This accommodation in Zagarolo was a fantastic experience! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped – absolutely nothing was missing. Wi-Fi was included in the price, which was very convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by a welcome touch of simple breakfast items, wine, coffee, and tea – such a thoughtful gesture. The location is excellent – there’s a gas station and a shop nearby, and best of all, the train station is just a 3-minute walk away. From there, you can easily get to the center of Rome, arriving at Termini station, where you have access to metro lines and other transport connections. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Rome. I’d definitely come back again!

Positive: Perfect, the owner was there even though we were very late in the evening as the flight got delayed. The location is very handy if you want to nip into Rome by train (station is just around the corner). Parking is free and just outside the apartment. Quiet.

Negative: You are a bit outside the town/village (too far to walk easily) and there is not mugh around the place, other than a cofffee shop and pharmacy and a few local shops.

Summary: Great host, excellent apartment and handy location.

Positive: Plus: The host was super!! We arrived later then expected but that was no problem! The appartment was big It was very clean Good for a passing through. There was a food shop next to the building. There was coffee, toasts available and confiture.

Negative: Min: Bed was hard Warm, no airco

Positive: The host is excellent, very friendly, shared all the needed details, I highly recommend - Flexible with the check in even if it was later on in the evening - The language was not a problem, he knows English - Great apartment with all the amenities needed, very clean and well maintained - Very good location, just in vicinity of the Zagarolo train station from which there are very of the departures to Rome - Only around 40 minutes from Ciampino Airport, with bus and train, the ticket is only 2.7 euros per person - A great alternative when visiting Rome or the surrounding areas

Positive: Everything was great. The host was very friendly, the apartment very clean. The location is very close from the train station, from which you can go to Rome Termini in about 30 minutes. There is also a supermarket a few steps from the apartment.
