Positive: Excellent house close to the town and sea. Had everything we needed for comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen and huge terrace area. Host was very helpful

Negative: We visited in October. Unfortunately the town was very quiet, most restaurants were closed and the only supermarket was permanently for the season. A car is essential. Also we had bad weather so we watched some tv, the current tv is old and needs upgrading

Positive: the location was perfect in relation with the beach. 10m walk to the beach. There is a vegetable stand where you can find anything at 15m from the house. A very pleasant surprise is the outdoor shower after coming from the beach. Campomarino also offer lot's of restaurants at walking distance from the house. We liked the courtyard which was shady and cool.

Summary: We ended up staying more in Campo Marino then roaming around Puglia like it was the plan.

Positive: The holiday house is astonishingly clean. It is very spacious with lots of room inside and outside. Verry nice yard with grill, sunbeds and lots of toys for children. The owner is very responsive and communicates perfectly in english. In the holiday house you can find lots of kitchen utensils.

Positive: 2-storey house, 2 small toilets (on the first floor with a shower, on the second floor without a shower). Easy to communicate with the owner. There are mosquito repellents. Parking nearby, no problem. Extra towels. Large yard. Sun loungers and a sun umbrella .

Negative: Control of electricity consumption (high consumption: 3 air conditioners, water heating, the refrigerator works almost without interruptions...). There is no coffee machine, toaster, microwave in the kitchen. A new frying pan is needed to replace the old ones. The interior doors are sagging (they open noisily), there is no ventilation in the house. The facade of the house, compared to the houses opposite, is depressing (rusty streaks, peeling plaster). Steep stairs to the second floor (18 steps). The interior is not very cozy, minimalism in everything !

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed and is really well situated close to the town and bars and restaurants but also really close to the beach as well. It was easy to park the car as well. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: We were very happy with the apartment but sadly the new build around it means in future it will be more overlooked by other apartments.
