Positive: Property was super clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom is with warm and cold water and good pressure. The views are spectacular, and it’s an excellent place to stay with kids. There are lifeguards on the pool. Bedrooms are on a shadow side so it’s always a bit cooler. The aircon works perfectly if you need.
Negative: There are stairs to get into the property but it’s normal as it’s on the hill. Pool hours are strict and it’s 10:00-19:00 only.
Summary: Cozy, comfortable apartment with a great terrace and views to stay nearby many attractions of the coast.

Positive: Casa Sunrise does indeed have superb views across Calpe, the Peñon and the ocean. And, the sun rises right in front of the balcony and windows. Sitting on the balcony for breakfast in the sun was a wonderful experience. The roof top terrace was great for sun bathing and even in January had sun for most of the day. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen has everything you could want. We also found the bed and mattress very comfortable. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from the centre of Calpe, beaches, and restaurants.
Negative: There weren't any negatives. It is worth being aware that a car is needed as Calpe centre would be a long walk and parking is down some steps from the apartment so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with reduced mobility.

Positive: Maria was an excellent host. She went out of her way to go to the store and bring us soap and a few other things as a kind gesture. She was very nice and helpful. The property is about 8-10 minutes driving to the center/beach. We really enjoyed the barbecue and terrace. The apartment was nicely decorated. It is a good place to stay, and would be great if they could include more necessities.
Negative: The property was lacking in amenities. There was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There was also no kitchen towels/paper towels, so we had to use a bath towel while cooking. The air conditioning was great in all of the rooms except for one bedroom that did not have any. We found the beds to be very uncomfortable as well.
