Holiday home in quiet area with great views, ideal for rest and relaxation and for up to 8 people.
Built in 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, wooden ceilings, on a plot of 1. 200 m², fully walled.
The upper floor has a room with double bed with beautiful views and a bathroom that includes a jacuzzi.
The lower floor has three bedrooms, one with double bed and sofa bed which allows a marriage to sleep with children. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom, three rooms, one equipped with satellite TV and DVD, one with a mini chain, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Outside there is a large terrace overlooking Playa Honda, Guacimeta beach, the island of Lobos and the island of Fuerteventura, private heated pool, outdoor bathroom, barbecue area, solarium with hammocks and a large garden with fruit trees.
Towels and sheets included.
If the pool heating was required, there would be an extra charge per week, to be paid on arrival.
Lanzarote is an island that offers a variety of leisure activities. Among the places to visit you can not miss the National Park Timanfaya, Los Jameos, the Cave of the Greens, La Geria and wineries, the island of La Graciosa, The César Manrique Foundation, its beautiful beaches, etc.
Within sports activities, you can choose from: golf, surfing, diving, horse riding, camel, sailing, karting, fishing and many more.
If you plan to come with children we recommend you visit the Aquapark, Rancho Texas, Puerto Calero submarine, boat trips (catamaran), Guinate Park, the Sunday market of Teguise and others.

Summary: Car is essential to appreciate the island and visit supermarkets. Villa was as listed and spacious. I counted 7 sofas inside.

Summary: We had a good holiday, outside BRILLIANT, beautiful views, But too many steps inside for people with restricted mobility, inside what at one time was a beautiful home now needs an update, especially new pillows, but would recommend.

Summary: What a wonderful large property. It was very large with more than enough relaxing areas ( we could each have a settee ). We arrived on time and the villa was lovely and clean with plenty of towels and a superb welcome grocery pack. The master bedroom was reached by steep wooden stairs but we got use to them over the holiday. Tino and his daughter contacted us as we arrived to welcome us and show how things worked and said not to hesitate to contact them if we needed anything which was reassuring. The pool has to be the highlight of the whole property, it was huge and warm and we made plenty of use of it. The pool man visited regularly thorough out our stay.The only downside to the property is that in the layout there are quite a few steps ,so not very good if you have trouble with your knees. The views were amazing, we watched the areoplanes take off and you can see Fuerteventura on a clear day. We hope on day to return to tjis wonderful well equipped family home. We hired a car and visited most of the island. Old Town Puerto del Carmen is lovely for a evening meal .Hiperdino is great for your food shopping at the end of the road. Thank you Tino,Mapi and daughter for this magical holiday,

Summary: We've booked Tino & Mapi's house for one week and we had a real great time! The house is very nice (big, clean with all the necessary), the children loved the swimming pool and the owner made us feel at home. They brought us a ton of advices before our arrival, went to warm us on arrival, prepared a little package to welcome us. They are great and I sincerely and warmly recommend to book their house. Summary: Again looking for a nice place to stay during christmasdays.Unfortunately I will never find such a beautiful home as this. It's already rented. Never seen such a nice house. We enjoyed it very much! It was clean, the owners helped us. It did'nt matter that we had no hot water one day.We were in paradise! Highly recommended! Thanks!

Summary: We rented Casa Tara with six persons in December. The lessors were perfectly nice to us and helped us with any questions. No problems at all. The large villa is clean, cosy and comfortable equipped, the heated pool was great at any time of the day and any weather. We were perfectly happy. It leaves nothing to be desired, so we will definitely come back. Casa Tara made our vacation perfect and we would recommend it without any doubt.

Summary: We want to thank again and again Mapi and Tino for all !!! our holidays in your house were extraordinary and we recommend it at everyone ! You are very kind et really understanding : always available for any questions, always ready to make your holidays the best of your life !. Once in the week, there is a man who comes cleaning the swimming pool and a woman who comes cleaning the house, who changes the sheets of the beds and the towels. The swimming pool is warm even in winter and it is very large ! The house is very spacious, with open spaces for music, for TV, for reading, with several settees with blancket on each one, many books. The terrace is very spacious, with sun or shade, as you choose ! you can see the sea just in front of you, just below of the hill ! it is very calm and we are absolutely not worried by the airport. Guïme is very quiet and very restful place. Its situation is perfect : central in the island, close to the sea and shops. Mapi and Tino make the difference ! meet them and their Casa Tara, you will be really very enjoyed ! We falled in love with this house... we didn't want to leave......See you soo Mapi and Tino !!!
