Positive: The apartment was really nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was really easy. There is a lovely little cafe downstairs that offered an amazing breakfast, and the location was great. Inside the apartment, we had everything we needed, and the underground parking was great.
Negative: Although all the major things were clean, there were some small things that had been missed. For example, a lot of the glasses, cultary, pans, etc weren't clean, and there was still toothpaste on the bathroom surfaces

Positive: Super attentive hosts and smooth check-in process. Hosts were able to meet our needs to have an earlier check-in. Apartment is nice and well equipped, extra points for the blackout curtains and comfortable beds. Location is great, close to the lake, super cute cafe and a supermarket over the street.
Negative: Although location is great, maybe not the best location for those seeking a super quiet night sleep. Nights are okay, but starting from 6am the street gets quite busy.

Positive: Central location, very helpful and responsive hosts, good facilities (underground parking with direct access to the building, bathtub, shower, coffee maker, etc).
Negative: Apartment could have been cleaner, it wasn’t necessarily dirty but for that price I expected it to be spotless (stains on some of the chairs, wear and tear on the flooring and some of the furniture, etc.). It took the heating nearly 24 hrs to get warm, it wasn’t freezing but also not very comfortable.
Summary: Good apartment but a little overpriced.
