Positive: Cozy family house with the history located quite near the sea and railway station. It is easy to get to Barcelona by suburban train. We were enjoying our time spending on the terrace. Pedro was very friendly. Thank you a lot for amazing time in your house!

Positive: Great location, next to a good supermarket and bakery. Clean and spacious, excellent terrace and barbecue. Handy for all amenities in the town, beach and railway station. The host was very kind and gave us detailed information

Positive: Quirk areas of indoor patio. Good shower. The poition of the property within the old town. The ownwer was very pleasant andhelped carry my bags to the rail station. Parking available outside sometimes, otherwise not far away and free.
Negative: This property is unsuitable for anybody with poor mobility. From the photos I had wrongly assumed that the stairs were internal stairs up to the bedroom which could be manageable once a day. But it turned out that the stairs are the main stairs to the house. That means using them serveral times a day. Not only that, but there is no landing to put your baggage/shopping down on outside the door. Plus as you struggle not to fall down the stairs whilst you try to put the key in the door...the timed light goes out and you cannot switch it back on. Note: the owner said he will change the timer. The Booking.com listing should make it clear that the entire propertyt is on the first floor. In my view Cunit is the poor relation amongst towns on this strtetch of coast. The kitchen is very basic and lacks a range of utensils if you are a keen cook.
