Positive: The location was excellent, bed really comfortable. The apartment was a great size for me and my wife to stay for 2 nights, kitchen and bathroom spotlessly clean and fully stocked. The owner let us know the best local restaurants to visit (she was right!) and places to see. Plus she helped with the bus stop location for when we had to leave for the airport.
Negative: Everything was fantastic. Nothing to dislike at all.
Summary: Great apartment, fantastic location and a really beautiful place to visit.

Positive: Just off the main square in a beautiful part of Cita Alta. Very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Host was extremely helpful and the accommodation had everything we needed. Warm, cosy and clean. A very well stocked fridge provided daily breakfast. Small balcony look down onto the square.
Negative: No English news chanel Very minor issue. We listened to music instead.

Positive: Great location right off the main square, and the apartment was well stocked with food items with a very attentive host who was on hand to help if required
Negative: Due to the excellent location, there can be a bit of noise at night (if you go to bed early!) which is unavoidable, not a problem for us personally

Positive: A fantastic place. The Piazza Vechia is the main square in Cita Alta, the old town, and the apartment lives up to its name. It's about 20 metres from the square. The people who run the place are fabulous and were so helpful. It's a beautifully worked apartment with lots of food provided for breakfast. I love a mezzanine bedroom, this one was excellent and the bed was super comfy. Great place.
Negative: Due to its proximity to the square it's not the quietest. The bells toll 100 times at 7.30am and 10pm. It's just busy so it's not mega quiet - that's not the apartment's fault. The stairs to the bedroom were a fun challenge for me. They wouldn't be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues. Otherwise this place is great.

Positive: The apartment had loads of character, with exposed brick vaulted ceilings. For two people the apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room in the bathroom and lounge area, and plenty of storage and hanging space. The provisions that Paola left were the most generous I have ever experienced! We didn't need to buy anything extra for breakfast, and had some food for lunch as well. The location was perfect - you can see onto Piazza Vecchia from the balcony, but it isn't noisy.
Negative: I can really find fault with anything!
Summary: Beautiful charming apartment in the very heart of the old city of Bergamo. Wonderful host and stay!
