Positive: The room was big and spacious and it had two windows. The area was quite safe and tranquille, near a park and two super markets and other restaurants of more western style. Fernando was very accommodating. You have use of a full kitchen with all facilities and food working internet. Definitely a place to relax and pouch up your strength.

Negative: Not so close to places of interest, I miss having street food and street markets around. A bedside lamp would be nice and a working TV.
