Positive: You cannot beat the location. It is a bit of a walk up the steps to reach the apartment but well worth it to have so much room and such good comfort.

Summary: Highly recommend this apartment, but only if you can handle steep steps as it’s on the top floor.

Positive: Great intro and friendly presentation by Rocco. Good communication for meeting. Relaxed about leaving bags on checkout day as no immediate follow on guest. Like most of Paris, it’s an old building so don’t expect huge spaces but it was quaint and cosy - perfect for us (big chill out lounge and huge tv, kids loved it!). Nice style, old meets new, bit of modern roccocco italianate, and ‘meet the family’ portraits everywhere. It is top floor btw so three flights of stairs. Great for cardio and beasting kids, not so for grandma. Bathrooms everywhere. Only neg was dishwasher didn’t quite open properly so was a fag, yeah, yeah, first world problems. Everything is on your doorstep- Terre de Cafe for coffee. Lifesaver. Oh, very quiet at night too Our new family base for Paris
