Positive: The apartment is new and look fresh. Big kitchen, 2 beds and comfortable sofa bed, nice balcony with a slight lake & mountain view, big shower. The host responded quickly and was helpful. He also allowed us to stay for an hour longer. Easy to find the house, although it is located in a village. The host allowed us to park near the house for 1 night, although the parking is down the street.
Negative: We found a couple hair on our bedsheets, which gave a feeling of dirty house. Also some dishes was not fresh inside the cupboard. But anything else looked +- clean. No freezer in the fridge. There was just 1/2 roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for more. But the host kindly helped with that. The property has wrong contact number on booking and it was hard to reach the host in the beginning, but luckily he contacted me himself. In the living room there is no good curtains, so everything is seen from the outside. May be the problem if you want privacy. No soap or shower gel. No dedicated parking spot, only public on the street 100m from the house.
Summary: Very nice and fresh place to stay in a beautiful countryside location with a helpful host

Positive: spacious and comfortable place with nice lake/rural view, well equipped, very nice host
Negative: there was no kettle as well as dishwasher what is rather common in such apartmens
