Positive: The place is AMAZING! Stylish, modern, smart-home, huge. We totally loved it. The hosts were great - helpful, sweet and generally nice to speak to. Both of the bathrooms are great and cozy, although the shower in the one with the spa has a bit too weak water pressure for my liking. The terrace is huge and amazing to chill with a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds are comfortable and the closets are just wow (now I want the same design xD) Would definitely love to return and stay there again!
Negative: The place can use some sound-proofing. The wall between two bedrooms is so thin we could've practically hear each other breathing. The key-box was a bit hard to open but we managed.

Positive: Everything! From the confirmation of the rental thru to the final check-out, I enjoyed excellent communication with owner Marco, who BTW speaks flawless English! The Mensarda type apartment is very comfortable a designed really well. The lighting is amazing, etensive and very well thought out - very easy to figure out!
Negative: Not much, as I said, I enjoyed most everything about my stay! Balcony door was a little tricky at first but once you get it, it works well!
Summary: Loved Cervia, very chill but with a welcoming vibe. Apartment is fabulous. Host is molto simpatico!!

Positive: Very well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay and a well styled interior. Good restaurants close at hand and a pleasant atmosphere in the neighbourhood. We were stopping off briefly to break a long journey but will need to stay longer in future.

Positive: This is a verry nice Apartment - combining old with modern construction elements. It is verry spacious, with plenty of room for four guests; It is well equiped, verry nice decorated and verry good partitioned ofering you a comfortable stay. Around the location there are plenty of restaurant and caffes and also from Cervia you can get by car in many regions. The host is verry nice and thoughtful and recomanded us good restaurants.
Negative: It is a bit noisy, maybe beacuse of the hight of the rooms, but it was not a problem for us.

Positive: Casa Dei was an extremely innovative renovation in an old building in the historic centre of the town. Excellent use made of some difficult spaces which are inevitable in an old building. Marco was a very attentive and helpful host. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. But it could have had more cups and mugs. Otherwise it was very well appointed and well decorated. Felt like home away from home. Would recommend staying if you’re prepared to be outside Ravenna. Much quieter and a very friendly, peaceful area.
Negative: The property was hard to find because it was within the town square and not accessible by car. (The sat nav kept landing us parallel until we twigged we had to walk in - after 3 failed attempts to ‘arrive’.)

Positive: We loved everything! Marco's CasaDei is the best place we've stayed while traveling! The apartment is designed and furnished professionally, it's close to the beach, right next to one of the main streets, many restaurants, the canal, and in the same time is in a quiet and lovely old street. Marco was more than helpful and responded to all our questions - about the house, about recommendations, or just for a quick chat - he was always available and helpful!
