Positive: pleasant place for few nights staying. There was water in fridge and shampoo in shower, very good heating and a lot of hot water - very nice after long winter trip.

Negative: very good pressure water in shower but curtain was not comfortable

Positive: Excellent stay in a silent neighborhood near Munich. The house is very pretty decorated and the apartment is very nicely done. The host was super. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

Positive: Beautiful apartment part of a larger home on the outskirts of Munich. We booked two night so we could access opening day of Octoberfest. Forstern is a lovely town with very nice people (that we met). Home is beautiful, but the smell of the towels and bedding were amazing. Owner left snacks and drinks for us. We were close to train in the next town to access Munich, so overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Negative: The only knock was the windows need screens to keep the bugs from entering. Cool night breezes was great, but flying insects forced us to close windows.

Summary: Book this place for the smell of Bedding & Towels Alone - Remarkable!
