Positive: We enjoyed our stay at this Coimbra apartment! Very clean and well maintained. There is a convenient store as well as a bakery up the street - for eggs and such, so we were able to make breakfast in the apartment. But we enjoyed other meals out as it is a close walk to some excellent restaurants and the center of the action. It was quiet at night. The 2 full bathrooms were a plus!
Negative: If you’re tall, take care not to bump your head on the steps to/from the loft. But one quickly adapts.

Positive: Location was excellent and the apartment was very good. Although there are 8 units in the building it was very quiet overnight. It was pretty well equipped and allowed us to cook some there. Joana was very responsive if we needed anything…for instance the coffee make failed while there and she came by in a couple hours after we contacted her with a new machine.
Negative: It was a little smaller than we typically like but would not reduce rating for that reason. Otherwise we have nothing to raise for improvement.
Summary: If ever back in Coimbra we would definitely book this apartment again.

Positive: The flat was light, spacious and modern. The location close to the old cathedral was very convenient. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for basic cooking, with a small hob and a microwave. It was nice to have bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Overall we found it a nice place to stay for a few days.
Negative: The description of the facilities states that it offers a washing machine. This actually means that a shared machine is available to use down the hall. Obviously this is much less convenient than having a machine in the flat. It would be better to make this more obvious in the description.
