Positive: Superb location. Clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Great communication from the outset. Those looking after the apartment were eager to help with recommendations, answer any questions, and assist in any way.
Negative: It is a spacious apartment, but It's a little tight for any more than 4 as just one bathroom. Just one bath towel is available for each person. There's no washimg machine, so if you need it changed, then you have to buy a towel bundle for 5 euro.
Summary: Superb location and great apartment!

Positive: Location was excellent -- good, fun neighborhood v. close to the riverfront. Rooms (we had 2 for our party -- 1 2 bedroom, 1 1 bedroom) were clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. Value was fair -- i.e., appropriate for what was provided. Team was available by text, etc., not always on site, but very friendly and responsive. Both families were very pleased, beyond expectations, and we will look forward to staying again.

Positive: The good: Very good experience with the host - friendly and extremely helpful with details of local area Excellent location, really central to the historic areas, restaurants etc Clean and well appointed
Negative: The bad: Worst bed I have slept in for some time, the mattress was so uncomfortable I was in pain for the whole trip and slept terribly. Air con only in living area, not in bedroom. Also incredibly noisy, sounded like a plane taking off every few minutes. Incredibly annoying noisy bathroom fan that was stuck so made the most horrible sound whenever the bathroom light was on and did not function.
Summary: Great location, could do with some maintenance/updating to be comfortable though.

Positive: Excellent communication with the staff, Barbara and her team. Please take time to talk to them. They offer excellent advice and recommendations and can arrange trips and transfers for you. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Right in the centre and close to all the main areas of the centre but not too noisy in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Great location. Well appointed apartment. Nice to have a balcony. Good optional breakfast. Great host team and good communication beforehand and during trip.
Negative: Apartment slightly smaller and darker than anticipated from photos etc. at booking. However, did not detract from stay really. Worked well for the 4 of us.
