Splendid villa with swimming pool obtained from a former railway toll booth (toll booth 12) renovated maintaining the typical characteristics of its history and location and adding modern technological comforts using excellent materials and techniques.
The former railway has recently been transformed into a cycle path of about 20 km which allows you to reach all the neighboring seaside areas and the towns of Menfi and Sciacca.

THE EXTERIOR: the exterior of the property is generous both in terms of square footage and panorama. The veranda on the ground floor and the terrace on the upper floor overlook the garden and enjoy a breathtaking view of the hills of vineyards and olive groves that separate Casello 12 from the sea. The property also has a large swimming pool for exclusive use where you can relax and spend the hottest hours of the day. The structure also has a triple internal private parking. CASELLO 12 is located about 800m from the nearest beach.
