Summary: This property was suitable for our needs. There were a few problems that we shared with the owner. They weren't taken care of during our visit, but we were told that they would be resolved for future guests.

Summary: It was so quiet in the neighborhood. We went to meet our new great granddaughter and to be with our grandchildren and my daughter. They came to the rental to visit so us great grandparents didn't have to try to find our way around. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Very well stocked. Except for daily meals, of course.they did have a few kcups of coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, powder coffee creamer, etc. I will book it again when we go back.thanks so much. It made our trip very enjoyable.

Summary: I have to agree with other reviews- looks rough but inside was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a hole in the wall in the living room that the futon was covering. After the rain there was a couple of leaks found. I did let the owner know and they said they would look into it. My son said for what we paid per night “what did we expect?” The furniture in the living room was not comfortable at all. I hate to say this because I like to be positive but I think more work needs to be done on this VRBO.

Summary: Had a little trouble getting the door open as one of the buttons for the key pad was missing. Once inside it was super clean and very cute. The main bed was so comfy and adjustable. Omgosh the air conditioning worked so good. The neighborhood it’s located in was peaceful and quiet.

Summary: I arrived at the property and used the code to get in. The property was a mess! Dirty, unmade sheets on the beds, along with wet towels. Bathrooms not cleaned. Garbage in the bedrooms. The only way to communicate with the owner was via the app, no phone numbers provided. I had no place to stay! Finally got a response from the owner who said his cleaning lady didn't make it there! Where was I supposed to sleep? I wound up having to book a room one hour away from where I needed to be. Very disappointed and quite afraid to try again!

Summary: The property is an older mobile home with some blemishes if you look. Clean and inexpensive. Good bedding and towels...spotless fridge, etc. I'd definitely stay again....Oh, if you stay, it has code lock on the front door that locks behind you....Be sure to memorize the code or keep it with you at all times....I had a moment of panic and was thankful my phone was in pocket when I was unloading the car....
