Positive: It is an incredible time for me to stay here! They have everything I need, including the utensil or Netflix. I feel like home to stay here. I heve very wonderful days with my parents here. The location is very close to the train station and easy to found. it is at the first floor so you don't need to worried about climbing up stairs. Though it is a the first floor, the soundproof in the indoor space is awsome. you won't be bothered by the noise.

Positive: Style, cleanliness and equipment. It has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer dryer.

Negative: The location as it is a bit loud and not in the most beautiful part of Ludwigshafen but I knew this in advance as I'm from the area. Plus points are a tram stop in front of the house and easy access to shops. The Parkinsel and river aren't far away either.
