Positive: Even though our unit was a bit tired, the location to the water and view was fabulous. The staff, bar and resturant were also really good and so convenient. Continental breakfast provided in the rooms every 3 days made mornings simple, we brought eggs and added to it. Would definitely return again!
Negative: Our room was a little tired and needs some general maintenance, but great value for money.
Summary: Great resort - our view and location to the water was excellent.

Negative: The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh. The joinery and bedside drawers stuck, the locks were fiddly, there were cracks in bathroom tiles and the shower head height was not adjustable

Positive: Great that it is right by the beach with a great restaurant and bar. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Good to have a kitchenette to use while there too. Breakfast consisted of a whole box of cereal, milk, small amount of fruit, fruit juice and a whole loaf of bread. Extra items were available upon request too.
Negative: Not enough storage space in the room for clothing and no inside table. Needs chairs inside that are more comfortable. The "Ocean view" was more of a ocean glimpse, you could see the ocean, however, you could see it a little through the trees, but I was expecting more of a view than it had. This is NOT an ocean view like you would think it would be. WIFI was not great either, very difficult to connect.

Positive: We really liked the property’s location, beautiful sun setting and easy access to the beach. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We liked the gestures of help every time we interacted with them, and it was lovely staying and meeting people there.
Negative: we had a consistent struggle with the internet connection. It was frustrating having to go to the beach every time we needed access. Including reliable Wi-Fi as part of the standard service would definitely improve the guest experience and likely attract more customers. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. When we booked, it was advertised as included, and our kids were excited about the idea of a daily breakfast experience. However, on arrival, we received a slip in the room stating it wasn’t a buffet, but a basket of breakfast items (bread, butter, jam, juice, etc.) delivered to the room. This wasn’t what we expected, for a family-friendly resort, this could be improved.
Summary: A beautiful location, nice and cozy but let down by an underwhelming breakfast experience.
