Positive: V well equipped and comfortable. Super close to the beach. Great cafe an easy walk away and lots of nearby stores for all the basics.
Negative: The wretched roosters (more a location rather than property issue!). That the toilet was in the bathroom which creates a pressure point when there are 5 people and the need for the toilet arises when someone is showering.

Positive: Nice clean Tidy home with air-conditioning and walk way to the beach. Great home for our family of 6. Awesome location. Best side of island for sunsets. Awesome outdoor deck area. Right next door to Crown Resort for cultural buffet nights and handy location to everything you need.
