Summary: Lovely villa with own pool. Met by owners who couldn't have done more for us. Greeted with wine, bread and mozzarella. Did days out to Capri, Pompeii and palace in Caserta. Lovely to come back to villa at end of the day to relax by the pool.

Summary: The house was just great. All you need after a day at the beach or a day in Napoli is there. The house was very clean, garden is just lovely and the pool refreshing. On top of that Massimo and his family have made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and have given us many ideas to explore the area. We stayed here with a family of two adults and two teenagers.

Summary: Lovely week relaxing in the villa. Villa was clean and tidy. Lovely idea of providing bread, cheese and wine on our arrival. A few minor issues were resolved very quickly with the owner. Food shops were within walking distance. Local area and neighbourhood could do with a bit of TLC. Great bread shop at the end of the road.

Summary: Fabulous villa and host, clean and well equipped villa for a family stay. Quiet and remote behind security gates. Within easy reach of Naples and the Amalfi coast, which worth the visit. 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants around but not much else in the immediate area. Safe base to journey from. Hosts were superb at looking after us and making us feel very welcome.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for 2 months. The listing matched exactly what we saw. We had a wonderful greeting from the family. They were kind and responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pool is lovely. The porch and exterior were fantastic for meals and gatherings and my kids loved the pool! We mostly stayed at the house or traveled by car to eat and shop. Directly outside the gated community was not as family-friendly as the home. Overall we had a wonderful time and were so happy to stay here.

Summary: We stayed at Casa Villamaria for a week; our group consisted of 4 adults and three children and there was everything you could ever wish for. Massimo and his family were welcoming and kept the property immaculate. There was a travel cot provided for the baby and a highchair upon request. We were greeted by the family who had prepared homemade wine, cured meats, mozzarella and bread for our arrival. They left us to enjoy it and it was a great touch after a long journey. The property is equipped with everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were large and all fitted with air conditioning which allowed for a comfortable nights sleep in the summer heat. There were two internal bathrooms which were large and had walk in showers. There were also two outdoor showers which had both hot and cold water. The pool is large and well maintained - it really did make for a perfect stay. There is an outdoor BBQ which was great and a pizza oven which we did not have opportunity to use. There are numerous lemon trees in the grounds of the property with large and ripe lemons on which we used throughout our stay. There is a detached garage which you are able to use for a vehicle which is essential to travel around the area. The property is approximately 25 minutes from Naples. There is a washing machine and dishwasher provided which assists with family living and a large covered patio area with a dining table, tv, sound system and table football - you are really able to embrace the outdoor living. The accommodation is simply perfect and out of all the villas we have stayed in over the years this is definitely one of the best, if not the best we have stayed in. The area is a little rough and ready, but there is a large shopping center within half a mile (Gioli) which has a large supermarket within. There is also a smaller supermarket approximately 500 metres away (left at the bottom of the street). There is a large immigrant population in the town but although the area appears to be a little run down we felt safe at all times. The villa is actually situated at the bottom of a gated community. The photographs of the villa are amazing on the website but they still do not do it justice - it really is perfect. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Summary: Villa very high quality. Massimo, Donato and Maria very welcoming hosts, providing us with lunch, wine and limoncello. Just a shame that he town of Castell Voltorno does not match the quality of the villa.

Summary: We have stayed at Villamaria twice – last year (2017) for three weeks, this year for two weeks. The house lays apart from the main street and can only be reached by a code saved gate. The street is a cul-de-sac and therefore it is very quiet in the surrounding, ideal for recreative holidays. The house itself is really good-sized. All the rooms are like in the description. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The bedlinen is very good and already made up. Towels and bath towels are available sufficiently. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, the other with a bath tube. The kitchen has a gas cooker (what is usual in Italy) and four flames, what is enough to prepare meals even for a big family. Cooking pots and pans in several sizes makes it easy to prepare a good menu. The dishes are sufficient and in good shape. Best of all is the big fridge with a freezer compartment. There you can store the supplies which you can get from a supermarket which is about a mile from the house. The garden is very beautiful. There is not only the pool, but also there are lemon trees, so you can get a fresh lemon for meal. We felt very good during our stays and we surely want to be back some time.

Summary: We rested 11 days from 06/19/2016. Family of 3 adults and two children (7 and 12 years). The house and land are gorgeous! Completely self-contained and well-kept area. Clean, beautiful, carefully made. Beautiful private swimming pool! There is a barbecue and even an oven for baking pizza. On the veranda of a TV and lots of channels. It is convenient to look after your children in the pool. The villa is situated on the territory of the condominium, which provides additional security. District of Castel Volturno is not typical Italian. The beaches are mostly paid. FREE - a 200m long beach. If you have a car, it's not a problem! Prior to Naples, Vesuvius, Pompeii and other attractions nearby. The most remarkable impression - owners of the house- they are hospitable, courteous and friendly. They fulfilled all our wishes! We are very grateful to Massimo and his parents for a wonderful reception! Many thanks!
