Positive: This was the 2nd hotel of our trip around Ireland and wow what a lovely find. Such a lovely greeting by Andrea on the front desk and her smiles felt very genuine. As it was my partners birthday we arrived in the room.to find a card, wine and a selection of cakes for him (thankyou so much) Josephine who served us dinner and drinks in the evening was absolutely lovely also. She made sure we had everything we needed and ensured that she checked on us all night to make sure we were OK. I wanted to take Josephine home with me :) Thankyou all so very much for an amazing stay at your beautiful hotel. The grounds were also beautiful. The room was amazing and I couldn't have wished for anything else

Positive: The hostess Josephine provided excellent service and supporet and helped to make our stay memorable. She was nearly full time at our finger tips. An excellent employee.
Negative: The door locks need updating. I suspect theis may be in plan. Also the shower fittings are dated.

Negative: Missed breakfast as it finished at 10 and I stayed in the apartment. But pricey especially when u miss brekkie. Needed a taxi into town

Positive: The guest lodge provided was huge and felt like our very own house. Two en-suite bathrooms and even a living area . Breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Josephine who offered to help us personally enjoy our dinner while a separate wedding was taking place and went totally out of her way to make sure everything was perfect
Negative: The late night resident bar staff and manager were unfriendly and would only accommodate wedding guests, even when we paid half a grand to stay one night only. Difficult to get a taxi out into the city . No late checkout available
Summary: Incredible stay in the guest lodge. Spacious, super clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Positive: The photos online were completely different to what we got when we arrived the rooms are really outdated compared to what is shown on the website and the grounds are very dirty and overgrown with glasses in the water feature, this hotel has a lot of potential the staff are friendly and helpful and the leisure centre times aren’t the best I’ve experienced the pool should be open even an hour later
