Incredible back yard to sit down and relax while the sun goes up or down. Great location to 5 star restaurants, bars, walking trails and 10 mins away from The Palisades mall. Also close proximity to the metro north and route 59 bus services. The guests will have all access to all upper floors and the outdoors. They won’t have any access to basement, it is off limits to All guests, because it’s Occupied by host. I also have other listings so I’m in and out of the property. So sometimes some of the guests will see me and some won’t.

Summary: Great visit - we wanted a heated pool, and were surprised to find one so close to NYC. Pool was great, kids had an amazing time. House nice and tidy. We loved the patios - especially having morning coffee in the front patio while watching hawks and deer. Owner great and communicative. Looking forward to renting it again.

Summary: At first sight the home was nice and quaint, but once inside it was very accommodating to your needs. From the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms and to the backyard. The place was nice and clean and well stocked of supplies. Both bedrooms had adequate space to move around and the beds were comfy as well. For the bathrooms, theres a half bathroom on the first floor in the kitchen area and the full bathroom is on the second floor next to one of the bedrooms. The living room is quite spacious and is connected to the pool room as well. Once outside in the back yard, you’ll have the two grills. One which is a wood burning grill and the other is a gas grill which the gas grill is supplied with a full tank of gas. Then the pool which is the main attraction of this humble abode. The pool is clean and also heated and we spent most of our time at the pool. Communications with Marcus (the owner) was very polite and respectful as well as response time when contacting him throughout the day. There is a curfew for the pool, kids are not allowed after 9pm and the pools closes at 11pm for the adults. Also there are security cameras on the property, but they are on the outside of the property mainly two which are by the kitchen entrance and one by the pool. During our stay we did not see nor hear Marcus at all. Overall our stay was quite relaxing and fun with no issues. Marcus really made us feel welcome even though we didn’t meet in person during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Lovely experience renting Marcus’ home. The house and amenities are nicer than pictured here on VRBO - there were floats around for your use in the pool and a nice grill! We had a great time hanging by the pool, grilling and using the fire pit at night!! The owner even provides a bottle of wine per bedroom and offered us to grab an extra if we needed which is super generous - above and beyond! One thing to note is Marcus the owner does sleep at the house at night in a basement unit which guests do not have access to. He didn’t bother us at all and we didn’t see him while there except for him to check in and say hi. Overall, my friends and I would definitely return for another pool session and to enjoy Marcus’ nice home.
