Summary: Overall the facility was very nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent. The room was clean, but the AC was extremely loud and you could hear water dripping in pipes in the wall. Also, the TV remote was not working and the TV randomly came on at 2am.

Summary: The lobby was beautiful. Easy check in. Bar food was really good. Room was spacious. Little things wrong. Ice machine broke on second floor but they didn't tell us before we went looking for it. Our sink pop up was broken so had to call to get that fixed. The gym had no water or wipes so I had to call and ask for that. They just need to keep up with the little things. Outside had trash. Pet station had poop bags and a little area for the pups. Overnight trip on our way somewhere else.

Summary: Surprisingly great stay for a 2 day hike in the Harriman State park! Check in was a breeze, the lobby was so open and inviting. The room was perfect, and ad a dinner at the bar which was delicious! Thank you!! Hotels.com is such a fantastic app, it allows me the comfort to quickly find a room near the area that I am in, hiking or biking, without the need to reserve far in advance..

Summary: Had to have the super come to room to put air conditioning on, and it still wasn’t cold enough. When he went to bathroom to tinker around with a control valve I asked him to please allow the AC to get as cold as possible. It’s a sealed room, windows don’t open, and only 1 small vent to air condition the entire room & shower steam of bathroom. If you’re a hot sleeper you may want to reconsider booking here.

Summary: Good value for price - however lobby music is too loud too late. We stayed Sunday night and music was blaring until 11pm.

Summary: The staff was very friendly. My husband uses a walker and we brought out dog with us. One staff member helpedvhid carry his plate during breakfast. Everyone was sp pleasant.
