Summary: Lovely hotel, great food and clean hotel. Room was located near external bottle bins area so a little noisy on a few occasions in the early hours. Decor is starting to show some wear & tear but still kept well.

Summary: 4 rooms booked as part of our stay and 3/4 out on top of the ballroom with a wedding underneath. Terrible management of room assignments and made for a very unpleasant stay and impossible nights sleep for the children

Summary: The food is very good here and also the atmosphere. However for the odd warm summer months we have, not so good. No air conditioning in rooms and also the duvet for the beds are those that suit the winter months. I will be back for sure but I'll be leaving it to fall& winter.

Summary: Room was dated and very very hot. Cheap fan not effective and eas only 20 degrees outside. Beds not comfortable. General areas including restaurants, bar area and reception were lovely. Pool disappointing as a middle section was laned off making the rest feel very small. Jacuzzi had far too much chlorine which actually stung your eyes. Disappointing stay for money paid.

Summary: I was staying in one of the suites and it was fabulous, tastefully decorated, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, walk in wardrobe and excellent air-conditioning. The bathroom was on the smaller side for the suite but adequate. The room was for the most part clean however there were areas of the carpet that were stained which was disappointing. The staff throughout were impeccable, so friendly and helpful.. the health club was disappointing. The pool seems in need of a refurb, also the swim lane in the middle cuts off half the pool and overall doesn't lead to a very relaxing experience. Overall a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff and enjoyed my stay.
