Positive: The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was completely modern. The food was delicious and the price was great. There is a bus stop immediately across the street and it is only 20 min ride to the center of Dublin.

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful, Beds comfortable, nice breakfast in reasonable price, close to bus station

Negative: Hotel by itself had specific old smell, could get some refurbishment,.it is quite old fashioned. Too far from the centre to walk, need to take bus or taxi

Positive: It was a convenient location, free car parking

Negative: It was out dated felt old and a bit shabby without the chic. needs a refurb/ spruce up, door keys were big old keys which made lots of noise , and I was disturbed by other customers locking and unlocking doors during my stay , bathroom had water damage around bath housing, sink had unfinished encasement with. Pipes and earth wires hanging down , room light were very low lumen. No USB or USC charging ports , TV was picture was too big for the screen. No netflix or smart TV . carpets on stair were well worn and appeared not the cleanest although I’m sure regularly vacuumed. Food in bar was mediocre but all staff were friendly and welcoming .
