Positive: This hotel is exceptional- from the initial communication from Tatiana to the surprise birthday cake left for my partner (i hadn’t told them it was his birthday) the staff were wonderful. The cleaning staff paid so much attention to detail, all staff went out of their way to be friendly and attentive. Thankyou for making our stay so memorable. We will return soon.

Positive: Great location and very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Lovely rooftop view but it was closed due to the weather.
Negative: Way more expensive so was not happy with the price. Room was very small, one foot between end of bed and wall. No place to really put luggage except on the window seat. Windows looked directly out onto interior rooms across the way and you could see everything in other room, so had to keep the blackout shade down.
Summary: The exceptionally high price was not worth the room and service.

Positive: Property and staff were really nice. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the Main Street but also still in the gothic quarter. There was free coffee and water and some treats in the reception area. The shampoo/conditioner and body wash smelled so good. Normally I stay away from those things but they were very moisturizing and nourishing.
Negative: We stayed on a floor which needed sounded like lots of maintenance was going on. I was sick one day and stayed in during the afternoon and heard a lot of door slamming and banging around us. Also, there wasn’t much ventilation in the room but we did have a small window which we were able to open overlooking the lobby area.
Summary: Great stay and location. Would stay here again
