Summary: The only issue was the temperature in the rooms. We visited during a very hot weekend and whilst the air con worked it was slightly warmer than would have liked and still needed a fan. We set the air con to the lowest, however the bathroom had quite a bit of heat due to the heated mirror when light was on and the heated towel rail (which was on all the time). As there was no ‘air tight’ door this gate crept into the bedroom. As I say it was an exceptionally hot week and during normal temps this probably would have been okay.

Summary: The place was wonderful. Breakfast was quite a spread with Spanish dishes as well as onlettes made to order. Room spotless, clean, fresh. Staff was so helpful, shout-out to Simo who helped us with EVERYTHING! he even did a but if translating with us to Taxis. We were leaving as Tour de France was starting and everyone was helpful in getting us to Cruise Terminal on time. Any visit to Barcelona includes a stay here! 5*****

Summary: I had an amazing last night in Barcelona at this property. The welcoming was great upon check in, I felt valued as a guest. A special thanks to Pere who was very helpful upon check in, and made sure I got a room in accordance with my preferences. A clean environment, great standard of the rooms and a great pool deck facilitated for a pleasant stay!

Summary: Really amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Responded to requests quickly. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever been to. Great little pool on the rooftop with bar service.

Summary: The friendly staff was very helpful with suggesting restaurants and arranging taxis for us. Shout out to Adam and Alfonso. Clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms! Loved the bathrobes and slippers. Excellent shower with rain shower and wand options, both with good water pressure.

Summary: I would like to give the staff 6 stars ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️. David on the Front Desk saved me from having a breakdown, when I realised I had left my passport at the last hotel. He helped me organise retrieval of the documents. Naya was also wonderful in helping me arrange two day tours in Barcelona. Great staff. I am so grateful for their assistance.

Summary: What a gem! The staff was amazing especially our porter and front desk manager last night 5/24 he was SO helpful! Breakfast the pool the cava upon arrival amazing! Beds and rooms were laid out perfectly for multiple travelers (3) We would come again!!
