Summary: This hotel is very clean and some staff were friendly. The wifi is the worst i have ever seen at a hotel. Whether on the beach or in your hotel room, the connection is bad. The food was not 100% jamaican cusine. The buffet didnt have much variety for breakfast or lunch. Too many flies landing on the buffet food made it unappatizing. The restaurants were similar, some were good some not so much. The beach is not the best as it is mostly shallow water and reefs everywhere that you cannot step on for environmental reasons. The pool was cool and relaxing though. Aslo, you could bareley hear the music playing! The managers kept fighting their staff on keeping music low and not taking proper feedback from guests. This hotel is for people who like quiet and simple experience not for people who like a more lively atmosphere. It was ok overall but not the greatest. Wont be going back.

Summary: Rooms need a makeover but the pool and private island and beach are fantastic. Was clean but just a bit outdated and run down but we never really spent any time in the room except to sleep.

Summary: The staff attitudes were amazing, very approachable. Nothing was too difficult for them to help with. It wasn’t a busy period which is great for me. The hotel needs a little more modernisation. You can see construction work going on, which the hotel did not allow to hinder the guests experience. Not much beach space, however it’s a safe space for everyone. Beautiful fishes can be seen in the water, as they swim around you. The food was good, you need to reserve tables at your choice of restaurant. Love the Italian restaurant. Again their service is amazing. Over time I think it can be amongst the 5stars.

Summary: Im a repeat customer and i thoroughly love this resort and all the staff have been there forever . Ive never had a negative experience with any of my vacations and have bragged to my and friends about it as well.

Summary: The property is huge. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and food is plentiful. Lovely beach, the outside is clean and beautiful. Overall, a beautiful property. Just that the people that clean inside the rooms need to spend a little more time cleaning the rooms and bathroom floors also the outside of the tubs, in between the bathroom tiles, just the little things will make a big difference. But I would definitely stay here again.
