Negative: The stairs to get inside de lobby because when you are carrying luggage it is difficult. Three should be a ramp.

Positive: Reception staff was very kind and attentive.
Negative: 1) Rooms are very poorly isolated. You can hear EVERYTHING. Not recommended if your intention is to have a good rest. 2) The cleaning lady woke us up at 9:·30 AM by knocking on the door. It was Saturday, so we were still sleeping. My husband was getting out of bed to go talk to her, but not 5 seconds had gone by, she opened the door of our room! It was an awful attitude and even if she had not knocked, the noise she made in the room beside us when cleaning would have woken us up anyway...
Summary: Clean and OK room, but extremely noisy.

Positive: A walking distance to Barcelona Sants station. Breakfast modest as in 3* hotel. The hotel met our needs for a late night arrival and travelling further. A gratis bottle of water was great.
Negative: The family room with a double deck bed leaves little space to move, the small ones have to beware of the upper bed corners.

Positive: Breakfast was great with gluten free options, swim pool on 7th floor, small but perfect for hot days. stuff friendly and very helpful, clean and tidy hotel, good location, near bus and metro station, walking distance to amazing Plaza Espanol, lot of supermarkets and small restaurant near the hotel
