Summary: The apartment was as expected and perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet, safe,Close enough to walk to tourist areas, with great restaurants and secure off street private parking. We had a little difficulty finding parking area due to construction and what we initially thought was a pedestrian only street, but the host was very kind and helped direct us to the parking and walked us into the apartment. He even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend booking this apartment!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Although the flat is not located in the city center, the subway system is a short walking distance away. Being unfamiliar with the area, our greatest challenge was locating the flat and the garage upon our arrival; however, this was not the fault of the owner. Fidel was always very helpful and answered in a timely manner. If you're on the search for a comfortable flat for five people in a safe neighborhood and with a reliable owner, this is the perfect fit!

Summary: my favorite kind of stay: quiet but lively part of town, easy to get places, good dinner across the street. super nice host who didn’t get made when i was later than i said. cute outside porch which we didnt use.

Summary: We loved this location as it was an easy walk to many attractions or if you prefer the Metro is a quick 3 blocks away. Our host Angel, met us at a later check in due to flight delay and was very friendly and easy to work with. If you want to be near the action but not too close, this is an excellent option.
