Positive: The Only Adults area is amazing. The beach is awesome! Specially in seaweed season, this beach doesn’t have any and was wonderful
Negative: Is still crowded and something I really don’t like is how they let people smoke everywhere. We’re in 2025 where in a lot of places even if you’re outdoor, if it’s a common space with other people you are not allow to smoke. And that surprise me a lot how I had to breathe smoke everywhere.

Positive: Absolutely amazing beach and sea. The most beautiful place for swimming.
Negative: We did not like the noise on the beach from radio, accompanying program - entertainment for guests in the form of beach competitions. Staff was ok, but not friendly, not caring, the biggest difference with Catalonia Bavaró resort close to the Punta Cana.

Positive: The beach and the gardens were stunning…and the overall concept of the hotel great…the app helped out with restaurant bookings which made life easy!!!
Negative: Did‘t dislike anything apart from the usual idiots you get everywhere who reserve beach beds for the day and don’t use them!!!!

Negative: You had to get up at six in the morning to get a spot at the beach under the umbrella (which according to the rules is not allowed to reserve a spot) This is crazy and the rule should be implemented by management Some personal not very friendly (won’t even say good morning)

Positive: Wonderful experience if you want to relax. The staff were very friendly all the time. Excellent coffee and that comes from a puertorrican that is very demanding with his coffee. The restaurants were magnificent, specially, Belove.
Negative: The food from the sister hotel is very low quality in comparison with the Catalonia Royal. The only good food was the Toscana (very good)

Positive: I enjoyed the comfort of the room and its cleanliness. I also appreciated the quality of the customer service, they were kind and helpful.
Negative: Unfortunately, the food and drinks were disappointing. The fruit was great but the food was not flavorful. As a result, I didn't enjoy the overall dining experience during my stay.
