Summary: The condo was very spacious, the grounds very pleasant, with a nice pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking implements the average visitor could want. Very close to some pretty good eating places, and hiking locations.

Summary: Nice property. Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the sunny deck, jacuzzi and pool. Conveniently located to shopping and activities in Palm Springs. We had some issues with the heating (it gets cold at night in the desert), but the property managers responded quickly with a resolution.

Summary: Nice condo. Lots of space, clean, and well appointed with staples, tennis rackets and pool toys. Very central to downtown Palm Springs and the El Paseo area in Palm Desert. Balcony overlooks pond with water feature. Good instructions on checking in, passcodes etc. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Summary: We had a good time! The place was well-stocked with most things you may need. We had a few relatively minor issues which were quickly resolved by the management team. Comfortable beds, spacious condo, in a good location. We only used the large pool, and it was clean and quiet. Nice balcony with the soothing sounds of the fountain nearby.My only real qualm is there is an unpleasant scent when you walk into the front door. The good news is you get used to it quickly, but it will hit you with each entry.
