Summary: Staff was superior, friendly and helpful. Location was great, so close to Capitol Reef NP. The room was nice and clean too.

Summary: Room had some type of bugs. When got up early morning found 7-10 of the bugs on bathroom floor and that made us unhappy about the room. The stars I give was for quite location and good view though it’s in middle of nowhere.

Summary: We were just passing through for the night and booked here since we couldn't find anything in Hanksville. The place was clean and the breakfast okay though basic (cold cereal, bagels, waffles). I was impressed that they have now installed two EV charges. Good for them. One word of caution for guests. There isn't much else in Cainesville. In particular we didn't see any restaurants, so I am glad we stopped to eat at Duke's Place in Hanksville enroute. I would do a special callout to the staff, would were very friendly and offered lots of suggestions for hikes we might consider.

Summary: This place was everything we needed. Large room. Comfy bed. Wifi and TV. Large fridge. Some breakfast items and an ice machine. I’d stay again if in the area.
