Positive: Cruise ship was beautiful and clean. Food was awesome. Staff were good (Especially Van, She was very good, helpful and amazing hospitality)
Negative: My room didn’t have speaker / speaker not working. Therefore we didn’t get the announcements. We were late for the activities and we missed kayaking.

Positive: We stayed in the grand suite and it was absolutely superb!! Despite some rain we joined one of the excursions to walk through a cave and the tour guide was excellent. All of the staff were so attentive especially our butler Brian who talked to us all about the Vietnamese culture and the food which was lovely. The room was perfect too, very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed a hot bath on board.

Positive: The room was big and in excellent condition. New and keep up to cleanliness. Our server Phu Minh and Tony was excellent. They took care of us so well from celebrating my birthday to celebrating my parents 60th anniversary to our daily routine including our dietary restrictions of diabetes to my daughter feeling unwell. They were so good in making sure that we are in the best condition to be amble to enjoy the cruise and the activities. Phu Minh was wonderful in offering and helping us peel our shrimp shells out so that we can enjoy it without any work. The reception Justin and Elia (I think is her name)was also excellent in making sure we are feeling well and comfortable with our stay and Justin excellent knowledge in leading us on our tour to the cave and island. They should be acknowledge for their exceptional hospitality. People like them makes the whole cruise experience so much more enjoyable.
Negative: The bath tub didn’t drain well.

It was a surprise and I was really touched. - nice room and facilities

Positive: We recently enjoyed a two-night cruise and were delighted to be upgraded to a higher deck on a ship that is every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest. The vessel itself is truly impressive and a pleasure to stay on. However, one significant disappointment was the way the two-night itinerary is managed. On the second day, guests are required either to transfer to a much smaller, far less comfortable day boat for activities, or remain on the main ship, which returns to harbour simply to drop off and collect one-night passengers. For us, this was frustrating. Having chosen the two-night option specifically to enjoy the advertised ship, it felt like a compromise to be asked to spend the day on a boat that was nowhere near the same standard. This aspect really needs to be more clearly explained prior to booking, as it does not match the expectations set by the promotional images of the main vessel. The food on board was enjoyable and varied, but it did not quite reach the standard one would expect from a five-star cruise. It was good, but not outstanding. The staff, however, were the absolute highlight. Our butler, Julie, deserves special recognition for her attentiveness and genuine care. She took my allergy to molluscs very seriously, always checking and reassuring me at every meal, which made a huge difference to my peace of mind. All of the staff showed warmth, professionalism, and a level of effort that went above and beyond. There were also some other frustrations: the transfer arrangements from Hanoi were not clearly explained in advance, leading us to order a Grab car at the last minute. While this was ultimately faster than the shared shuttle, it was not the smooth experience we had expected. In addition, being charged a 3.25% fee for card payments felt excessive, especially when cash is not something many travellers carry in such large amounts. Overall, the staff truly stood out and made the experience memorable.
Negative: The day boat you are on if you go on the activities on the second day.
