Positive: Great breakfast and good coffee. The lunch and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of options. The staff was very attentive, and everyone appeared well-informed about my profile and my family's needs.
Negative: The pool and facilities were excellent, but I strongly recommend that the hotel prohibit flotation devices in the shallow area of the indoor pool. Children under five should also have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the pool, but this becomes difficult when older kids occupy the space with large floats. Additionally, there is a risk of younger children being accidentally knocked into the water or held down, which could cause them to swallow a significant amount of water—a very dangerous situation.
