Negative: Original instructions could have been more clear that ther was a key and a card to collect as we had to go back to the shop to check the lock box. Also I could not open the file with additional instructions prior to travel. Also body soap container was difficult to open and had black bits in the liquid. Remote batteries were flat. Would have been nice to have some shampoo and conditioner.

Positive: The location was amazing and apartment provided everything we needed.
Negative: We did not received notification of how to get into the apartment until I chased up the property management. The link between booking.com and the property manager is not working. We did not have towels for 3 people, the third bed was not set up. The mattress for the third bed was disgustingly dirty. On departure day the cleaners came at 0900 to kick us out when the time is 10 am. We were not notified of the bond until after we booked which was paid to a separate company
Summary: It served our purpose for location but processes and cleanliness leave a little to be desired.

Positive: The location was excellent, right near Circular Quay so all the sights were within walkable distances
Negative: Picking up and returning the key was a mess. There is an electronic lock box system on the wall of a restaurant but it did not work for either the pick up or drop off for the key- with no contingency plans and required multiple international phone calls - to customer support. The local support was unreliable and not available when I had to leave to catch a plane…! Unnecessary anxiety inducing time.

Positive: Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It was as described and matched the specification provided. It was close to tourist attractions and public transport making it easy for us to get around.
Negative: Communication was an absolute nightmare. Firstly we were told we needed to pay a security deposit, which we returned via invoice, however we still kept getting emails saying we hadn't paid. We then had to call them to be told attachments don't work which is why they hadn't received it (why they were still sending attachments when they know they didn't work I don't know!). To top this off when we left we received An additional invoice for over $1000, which I had to ring again for to be told this was a mistake. Such a shame as it was a lovely accommodation!

Negative: Check in was a nightmare. Information came through incomplete, wrong & containing data that was not for us. Once we got the code to the key safe (that is located at a different address) it did not work. Fortunately a staff member met us at the property to give us a different key to access the property. The property was awesome it was just the access that was unprofessional & unacceptable. Fortunately the staff member took responsibility for the error & worked hard to resolve them.
