Positive: Really appreciated the room configuration. Lots of single bed options suited our group well and made for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen was well equipped to handle the large group too.
Negative: We booked for 8 people but found a towel missing on arrival. Host was super helpful when we called to ask for this to be remedied so a minor inconvenience. Would love an option to do extended check out time for a fee too.

Negative: It was very dark and difficult to find entrance on arrival.

Positive: We were attending a local birthday party, so this accom was perfect location for us. Great clean kitchen and living area with 3 well equipped bedrooms. Beds were very comfy. Only spent 1 night, but it would work for anyone staying longer.
Negative: Just an initial mix up with key retrieval and address, mainly due to the bookings website giving me different info, and I'd missed the emails in my inbox, confirming different address and key pin, but was easily fixed by ringing the manager Stefan.

Positive: Location, cleanliness, and because it was pet friendly. Good proximity to Hobart and also to the Huon Valley. Great place for a short stay.
Negative: The code given for the keys was incorrect so needed to call the mobile on the booking confirmation which is not ideal, particularly had we arrived late. Perhaps the front door could have a entry code, rather than relying on a key box/key. Tightness of parking area was a challenge when there were four vehicles.
Summary: The accommodation was great, clean, and perfectly located b/w Hobart and Huon Valley + pet friendly

Negative: Lack of outside lighting, especially where we parked our car near the gate to the studio. No lighting as we went up the stairs. Very dangerous at night. A reading lamp/floor lamp needs to be placed near the couch. The overhead lighting is too far forward to light the couch efficiently and the bedside lights are too low. Reading at night was difficult. I bought myself a book light.
