Positive: Almost everything about our stay at Cedar Lodge was perfect. Everything you could want with self-catering was there. The lodge was well equipped, immaculately clean and considering its located near a working farm relatively quiet. A lovely cream tea greeted you as you walked in. The host Jill was lovely.
Negative: The only downfall was when we ventured into Bodmin, we assumed there would be more in the way of restaurants/eateries but this is just nitpicking.

Positive: Excellent stay at Cedar Lodge, this our second year staying here. The log cabin is fantastic with all the things you would expect set in a quite country location easy to get to from Bodmin which is a great base to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall. The host is very friendly and helpful with plenty of tips on what to do.
Negative: Nothing to dislike, it was perfect for us.

Negative: A lot of driving even though places were only 30 mins away it’s lots of country lanes but beautiful location, so worth it

Positive: excellent facilities. Everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Perfectly presented by the host who lives in a house on the site. I have to say that Jill and her family have got this just right and would recommend anyone to stay here. I will particularly miss seeing the family of swallows that entertained us each morning while we had breakfast on the porch.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. It exceeded our expectations and we booked expecting it to be good.
Summary: Excellent in every way, a host with a real attention to detail.
