Summary: We spent just under a week here on our first family vacation ever with our toddler (age 3). It is a fantastic option for a family with a young kid. The house itself is a good size, and has a variety of spaces to allow for all sorts of possible configurations depending on the family. And it has all sorts of handy supplies that you might find at your own house - we took the reusable bags to the grocery store, put some snacks in the cooler to go to Acadia, and so forth. Our daughter absolutely loved the playroom, the backyard space, and even the electric fireplaces - we put them on "light only" settings and they made a handy nightlight. :) The owners were very responsible to communication, nice, clear, and no BS. And Belfast was absolutely perfect - it's charming and friendly and has a vibrant business district. It's much less crowded than Bar Harbor, Camden, etc but close enough to those places for day trips.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the house was perfect - every evening we walked to the downtown or the harbor. The house was clean and had all kinds of extras if needed. It has a nice yard too. Maybe the best part was Lorraine’s welcoming chocolate chip cookies…amazing!

Summary: The house is exactly as presented and the owners are exceptionally responsive. It's in a great neighborhood with many other historic homes that are also very well maintained. It's walking distance to downtown which worked out great at the end of a long riding day. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Cozy, historic home in Belfast, Maine. The hoe was well-equipped and located in a convenient, quiet neighborhood. The bathroom arrangement was a bit awkward with two sets of seniors but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our time at Cedar Manor. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The hosts are very generous with their amenities. I felt like I was visiting a friend. Plenty of books and games to occupy your time, plus all the different decorations and elements of the home. Loved all the notes the owners left around the house. Belfast itself was wonderful as well. Lovely area! We used the area as a hub to travel out to other beautiful sites in Maine.

Summary: This property is a gem! After spending five minutes in it, we were saying, “I’m pretty sure I’d be good friends with these owners!” The property itself is beautiful and eccentric in the best way possible. An historical (so it seemed) home with every modern convenience you can think of. However, the physical property was only half of the joy. Hosts seemed to think of everything. Cookies? Yep! (Delicious!) Thorough instructions? Yep! Coffee, tea, even half & half! Even the puzzle book had a sharpened pencil on top of it!!! My plan is to stay here in every future trip to Maine! Thank you!

Summary: We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay at this home. There is a large Master suite on the second floor with a spacious full bath. The other two bedrooms are small and without bathrooms. The other full bath is on the first floor adjacent to the dining room. The village of Belfast is darling, with beautiful historic homes, a nice waterfront and good restaurants. Close by Camden is a gem as well. Overall I thought this home in this town was a good choice for our family reunion.
