This vacation home is situated on the East side of Swan Lake, and offers a beautiful view of the lake, along with 100 feet of lake frontage. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds and spacious cedar closets. The home was completely renovated in 2016, to include an updated bathroom with a full size shower and generous storage for towels and bathroom supplies. The living room overlooks the lake, has a cozy propane fireplace and 43 inch Smart TV and wireless internet. The mudroom/entryway has a built in washer and dryer and comfy reclining love seat. The galley kitchen, which overlooks the lake, is fully equipped and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6. Cooking and eating utensils, as well as bed and bath linens are provided. Outside, there is a patio with lawn furniture a Weber gas grill, and the private lake frontage is accessible by stairs. There is a new 40 foot aluminum dock, and kayaks are available for use at your own risk. This rental has all the comforts of a year round home with breathtaking views from the house, outside patio and shore.

Summary: It is a great location!. We ventured out a couple hours in all directions and covered all of our "must sees". The location is quiet, peaceful and clean. The hosts are wonderful. I highly recommend!

Summary: Four of us stayed for a few nights in mid-September. The house is wonderful - exactly as described and pictured, very clean and has plenty of space. The outdoor area is well kept with plenty of parking, seating and a great view. We were lucky with the weather, for September, so we were able to go swimming in the lake and use the provided kayaks, which were great fun! One of the three kayaks is a double, and there were four life jackets, so all four of us were able to get out on the lake at the same time! We also saw a couple of beautiful sunsets across the lake. Julie was a fantastic host - excellent communication, easy-to-follow instructions and it was great to meet her briefly when she stopped by. I would definitely recommend this lake house.

Summary: If you’re thinking about renting this house do it!! The house was amazing!! The views from the windows of the lake are breathtaking. The house was spotless. Communication with the owner was awesome. Watching the sunsets sitting by the lake were unforgettable. The house is the perfect location for doing some day trips. And it’s the perfect size for 4 adults. If we ever stay in this area again we will definitely rent this house again. Thank you Julie for a perfect week in Maine!!

Summary: Our vacation this week was perfect! The home is impeccable with great attention to detail. The lake was beautiful, with very clean water for swimming and kayaking. The property offers a beautiful sunset view and is perfectly situated for relaxation and easy day trips to nearby Belfast and Camden. The owners thought of everything in the renovation. Summary: A home with a 10/10 rating seemed too good to be true, but my goodness does this place deliver. An immaculate location on a pristine and serene lake provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Being close to vibrant shoreline communities and Acadia NP, we didn't "relax" as much as we originally planned, but the days we did were just what the doctor ordered. The house was spotless on arrival and the kitchen was more than well equipped enough for several homemade meals. We didn't feel the need to use much internet while here, but it was plenty speedy and reliable for our needs. Finally, Julie was a wonderful host and made us feel welcomed and provided for. We sincerely hope to stay here again and highly recommend you do the same.

Summary: My wife and I have been staying on Maine lakes for the past 20 plus years, this rental was the nicest we've ever stayed at! Julie was a fantastic host and responded immediately to any questions we had. The property is immaculate, The Yard, views of the lake and the sunsets were spectacular. We brought our boat, The docking accommodations were great as was the fishing! We will definitely return.
